Venus, you absolute Doll. She is definitely from another planet with the customer service. This was my first time attending Insomnia Cookie, and the Double Chocolate Mint Cookie was one of the flavor I requested. After hearing it was discontinued, I was (rightfully so) bummed out and decided to get a double chocolate chunk. She not only insisted that I try a free sample of the ice cream flavor that is also chocolate mint, but she gifted me a free SCOOP of the ice cream. She is going above and beyond to ensure that customers are satisfied. Best first experience ever; in fact, I will never forget the kindness shown to me.

Went in on 7-20 for the free ice cream in a cup at around midnight and asked for the free scoop for ice cream day. The employee at the time rung me for it and said the promotion wasn’t available anymore. I paid. Stepped aside and checked the app again because I was sure it was still available. It was. Showed her it was still on the app and available to use in store till 7-20 till 3 am. She read it and didn’t acknowledge it whatsoever and said I could use my rewards to get a scoop instead of a refund because I had plenty. I’m not typically a confrontational person but she looked pissy from the get go😭 and like what is a scoop of ice cream to her? It was really irritating mostly because insomnia is a good 20 minute drive from me and I was coming from work, I also work retail, and I’m always happy to let customers know when we have deals or freebies cause why not? Not coming from my check🤷‍♀️

Alxis was so sweet and patient! For as busy as they were she was handling it effortlessly. Her customer service was amazing and the cookies were super fresh!

Great place for that late night craving of a warm cookie. Went on a Saturday evening about 8 pm and it was busy. Be aware it is very small inside and the the line at times can be somewhat very crowded. They move as quick as possible but I wish they had more people in the front to move orders quickly. The prices are a litle high and not a fan of how cookies with icecream, cookies with icing,etc are boxed to take home. They place the cookie ice cream sandwichs in a small pizza like box and you simply can not close the lid. So the icecream ball is all exposed and open..Unless they ran out of the regualr containers that day but I most definitely can see a huge mess happening in someone's vehicle when transporting this items. Othee than thay the cookies are excellent and the icecream is delicious. Worth a try.
